Anantpur road mishap leaves three killed
Anantapur/UNI: Three persons were killed and equal number injured when a transport vehicle overturned at Gajjalappavaripalle village of Talupula Mandal in this district on Monday night.
Police said on Tuesday that the accident occurred when some farmers belonging to villages in Pendlimarri mandal were taking their chrysanthemum flowers produce to Bangalore for sale.
The vehicle overturned at Gujjalappagari bridge killing Balaji Reddy (20), Raja (28) and Harikrishna (22) instantaneously.
The injured, including the driver of the vehicle Sekhar, Ramana Reddy and Gangi Reddy were admitted to the government hospital in Kadiri.
Circle Inspector Narasimha Rao visited the place of accident and registered a case.
