New Delhi, Aug 19 (IBNS): After waiting for long, sarod legend Amjad Ali Khan has been granted a UK visa.


It ended the week-long ordeal after the British government had rejected the UK visa.

"#UK visa has been granted. Thankyou for your support. Sp. thanks to @Kieth_Vaz @HCI_London @bobblackmanmp @UKinIndia @SushmaSwaraj @MEAIndia," the Indian musician tweeted.

He will be visiting the UK for a concert next month.
