Chennai, Feb 18 (IBNS): Actor Kamal Haasan and others have reacted on digital media about the ruckus in the Tamil Nadu Assembly on Saturday, when Sasikala loyalist Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Palaniswamy was preparing for the floor test.

Tweeted Kamal Haasan, "People of Tamizhnadu, Welcome your respective MLAs  with the respect they desrve back home."

The Tamil Nadu Assembly was adjourned twice on Saturday  as violence and lawlessness continued with a heckled Speaker being escorted out of the House.

He also reminded his followers on Twitter, "I've seen MLAs of d then ADMK now Cong. walk away with  bunch of plucked microphones .The English TV anchors were too young 2 remember. We do."

The Speaker  had ordered eviction of the DMK MLAs for the trouble and destruction they indulged in creating a bedlam, failed to get it executed.

The situation went to such a pass that police had to move in.

Legislators broke chairs, yanked microphones in their demand for a secret voting, media reported.

DMK MLA Ku Ka Selvam sat on Tamil Nadu Assembly Speaker's chair in protest, according to reports.

"Let even children see, hear and learn what is happening in the assembly in #TN. Make them understand. Shameful days for democracy!," he said in another tweet.

Finallt, the Speaker declared Palaniswami has won the motion with 122 votes.

"There you go.  Seems like we have another CM. Jai de-mockcrazy," tweeted Hasaan.
