New Delhi, Sept 22 (IBNS) : Delhi's ruling Aam Aadmi Party's controversial lawmaker Somnath Bharti has been arrested for allegedly misbehaving with security guards at AIIMS hospital.

Mr Bharti tweeted about his own arrest.

"I m in hauzkhas police station under arrest in gautam nagar kalah."

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences had filed a complaint against him and his supporters earlier this month.

In the complaint, the hospital had said  Bharti and 27 of his supporters misbehaved with the guards on September 6.
