New Delhi, Jul 7 (IBNS): The Supreme Court of India (SC), on Friday, stayed the admission process for engineering courses in IITs, IIITs and NITs, according to media reports.

SC also said that no High Court should entertain any petition regarding the IIT-JEE Advanced Counselling for 2017, media reported.

The apex court passed its orders in response to plea filed where the petitioner cited errors in one set of question papers. The petitioner challenged the awarding of grace marks to all students regarding the error question.

SC will take up the matter for hearing on July 10.
