Linde India promotes IT literacy through its first free Computer Training Centre

Kolkata/IBNS: Linde India, industrial gases company, is sponsoring a free Computer Training Centre with the objective of promoting IT literacy among youth under the aegis of its Corporate Social Responsibility program. 

This Computer Training centre located at Hingalganj, West Bengal will providing free computer-aided learning facility to local youth through structured programs where students would be admitted in batches.

Linde India Limited has executed the setup of this Training Centre in association with Sandeshkhali Maa Saroda Women & Rural Welfare Society.

The Computer Training centre was formally inaugurated on Friday, October 22  by Abhijit Banerjee, Managing Director - Linde India, and other senior leaders of Linde.

Saroj Nayek, Bhowaniur 2 no. Panchayat Pradhan, Santana Sardar, Bispur Panchayat Up-pradhan and other guests also graced the occasion with their presence.

Abhijit Banerjee, Managing Director – Linde India said, “IT literacy is critical for any profession, any field of service today. Linde as an organization is a big promoter of education and community development and we are delighted to have been able to start our first, free Computer training centre, which we hope it will help in spreading digital literacy among local community.”
