Mufti prays at Hazratbal Dargah for calamity to subside

Srinagar, Apr 1(IBNS) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on Wednesday visited Aasar-e-Sharief shrine in Hazratbal, and offered special prayers for improvement of weather condition in the state.

This was his first visit to the Hazratbal Dargah after taking over as
the Chief Minister of the State.

Meanwhile, a senior  Hurriyat leader also urged people to offer special
prayer for improvement of weather condition that caused massive floods and landslides claiming many lives in the state.

Syed Ali Geelani, chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference appealed to  the
people to hold special prayers on  Wednesday after the
prayers and seek forgiveness from the Almighty Allah.
