Infosys undertakes sanitation drive: completes construction of 365 toilets in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Mar 21 (IBNS) Infosys Foundation in association with Akanksha, the CSR arm of Infosys Bhubaneswar, announced the successful completion of construction of 365 toilets in 110 schools of Odisha, as part of its endeavor to support the Prime Minister's 'Swachh Bharat Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyan' mission in two phases.

The second and final handover ceremony was held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at The Government High School, I.R.C village, Bhubaneswar and was attended by Priyadarshi Mishra, MLA Bhubaneswar North, Pradeep Kumar Jena, IAS, Principal Secretary, Water Resource, Electronics and IT (Government of Odisha), and Prafulla Kumar Senapati, Head Master Government  High School, I.R.C Village.

Pranab Prakash Das, Honorable Minister of Energy, Electronics and IT congratulated Akanksha, Infosys Bhubaneswar and Infosys Foundation for the successful completion of the project.
