India's daily COVID-19 case load dips below 1-lakh mark
New Delhi: India recorded 83,876 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Monday, marking a decline in the daily load.
It was the first time since Jan 6 that the country's COVID-19 tally did not cross the 1-lakh mark.
India's active caseload currently stands at 11,08,938.
Active cases stand at 2.62 percent.
Recovery Rate currently stands at 96.19 percent.
In the past 24 hours, 895 people died due to the virus.
