COVID-19 cases rise to 10,505 in Israel

Tel Aviv/Xinhua/UNI:  The number of novel coronavirus cases in Israel has risen to 10,505, the Israeli Ministry of Health said Saturday.

This includes 97 new cases added since Friday night.

According to the ministry, the death toll of the COVID-19 has reached 95 in Israel.

Of the 739 patients being treated in hospitals across Israel, 191 are in serious condition, an increase of 24 serious condition patients since Friday night. 132 of these patients are currently under ventilation.

Of the other 9,671 patients, 6,713 are being treated in home quarantine, 1,044 in hotels converted into treatment facilities, and 678 will be treated at home, hotel or hospital according to decisions to be made soon.

The remaining 1,236 patients have recovered, 53 of them since Friday night.
