Bihar CM Nitish Kumar orders for research of meteorite found in Madhubani

Patna, July 24 (UNI): Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar today ordered for research of a meteorite found in Madhubani, which would be placed in Bihar Museum so that people could have a look at it.

Nitish, after taking a look of meteorite brought at his official residence from Madhubani, said that it would be placed in Bihar Museum after scientists researched this celestial object. It was noticed that the meteorite had magnetic qualities and its weight is 13kg.

The meteorite was found at Lokahi in Madhubani on July 22, 2019.

Senior officials including Chanchal Kumar, principal secretary to CM and his advisor Anjani Kumar Singh were present on the occasion.
