4.5 earthquake hits Gujarat, no casualty

Gandhinagar, July 17 (IBNS): An earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter Scale hit Gujarat on Sunday, officials said.

As per the IMD website, the epicentre of the quake was located at Latitude 21.7 degrees north and Long.72.5 degrees east.

It occurred at 9:25 hrs.

IMD has called the epicentre of the quake, which was located at a depth of 10 kms, as 'slight'.

No casualty or damage to property has been reported so far.
