Union Budget: Companies Act 2013 to be amended to facilitate ease of doing business
New Delhi, Feb 29 (IBNS) Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, while presenting the Union Budget 2016 on Monday, said a Bill shall be introduced in the 2016 Budget session of the Parliament to amend the Companies Act 2013.
He said the amendment will remove the difficulties and impediments and ease the conducting of business.
The Bill would also improve the enabling environment for start-ups, he said.
The registration of companies will also be done in one day.
