Sensex touches new peak at 41,352.17 pts
Mumbai/UNI: The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday spurted by 413.45 points to finish at 41,352.17 a new peak following smart gains in Finance, Telecom, Metal and Utilities stocks amid positive global cues.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) too rose by 111.05 points to 12,165.00.
The Sensex registered day's high and low at 41,401.65 and 41,005.18 points respectively.
The Nifty recorded day's high and low at 12,182.75 and 12,070.35 points respectively.
