PM Modi to visit Bangladesh next month
This visit, Prime Minister’s first to Bangladesh, reflects the importance attached by India to the bilateral relationship.
"The visit is expected to further expand the cordial and cooperative relationship between the two countries and strengthen the ties of friendship and trust between India and Bangladesh," the MEA said in a statement.
"During the visit, Prime Minister will hold discussions with Prime Minister H.E. Sheikh Hasina. The Prime Minister’s programme will also include a call on the President of Bangladesh H.E. Mr. Md. Abdul Hamid," it said.
