MTS announces new offer
Kolkata, June 9 (IBNS): Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) that provides telecom services under the brand MTS, on Monday introduced a new paradigm in mobile phone tariffs by launching 'Offer Ka Sikander', where it announced free talk-time bundled with the SIM-card for the new voice customers.
In addition, customers will get full talk-time on all recharges starting at Rs. 30 and 10 percent extra talk-time on recharges of Rs. 150 and above for a period of 1 year.
The initiative has been designed in manner that also brings added benefits to the retail channel via a unique revenue sharing arrangement.
As part of the offer, new voice customers will get upto Rs. 40 as free bundled talk-time and more value on all subsequent recharges for one year and the activating retailers will get up to 10 percent revenue share on all recharges for a period of six months from activation.
The “Offer Ka Sikander” campaign has been conceptualised to further energize MTS’ Voice business.
According to Leonid Musatov, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer – MTS India, “Be it 1 Million Free Minutes or the roll out of Half Paisa Per Second billing, MTS has been credited for bringing a range of innovations in the Indian telecom market. As a Company, MTS strives to deliver the best value to its customers and at the same time keep the interest of all its retail partners in mind. Our latest initiative 'Offer Ka Sikander' has been designed to not only provide enhanced value to our voice customers but also create revenue generating opportunities for our retailers on all subsequent recharges done by the customer."
MTS customers can walk to any of MTS’ retailers in their locality to avail the offer. As part of a phased rolled out, the initiative has been launched in Rajasthan, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kolkata and West Bengal circles.
