| @indiablooms | May 30, 2022, at 10:44 pm

Mumbai: The Rupee on Monday gained four paise to close at 77.53 against the USD on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.

A minor oscillation was seen during the day, as the local unit moved up five paise at 77.52 in opening trade, and finished at 77.53, improving by four paise as compared to its previous close.

The Rupee moved up owing to weak dollar against other world currencies amid strong equity market.

The Rupee unit registered days high and low at 77.51 and 77.58 respectively against the US Dollar, dealer added.
