Indian Rupee ends weak at 71.66 against USD

Mumbai, Dec 3 (UNI) The Rupee on Tuesday fell marginally by one paisa to 71.66 on rising demand for US Dollars by bankers and importers, dealers at Forex Market said.

The local unit that eased by five paise to 71.70 finished negative only at 71.66 easing be one paisa as compared to its last close.


A major osillation was seen during the day, as it registered day high and low at 71.71 and 71.59 respectively.


The indian currency fell on firm dollar against other world currencies along with negatve equity market, they added.
