Indian market: Sensex falls 75.22 pts

Mumbai, Jul 10 (UNI) The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday declined by 75.22 points to 38,655.60 in early trade as selling was seen in material, finance, health care, auto and utilities.

The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) eased by 26.65 points to 11,529.25.

The sectoral indices like Materials, Finance, Health Care, Auto and Utilities kept the market under pressure.

The scrips like Tata Motors DVR, Tata Motors, VEDL and Bajaj Finance dropped in early trade.

The losers were Tata Motors DVR by 3.35 pc to Rs 72.20, Tata Motors by 2.89 pc to Rs 151.25, VEDL by 1.86 pc to Rs 158.55 and Bajaj Finance by 1.81 pc to Rs 3538.10.

The gainers were Yes Bank by 1.86 pc to Rs 93.05, Asian Paints by 0.87 pc to Rs 1331.90,ITC by 0.60 pc to Rs 274.70 and ICICI Bank by 0.55 pc to Rs 431.
