Godrej Properties consolidated Q3 net profit moves up by 9.20 pc

Mumbai/UNI: Realty Major, Godrej Properties has reported a rise of 9.2 per cent in its Consolidated net profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 at Rs.45.46 crores as against Rs 41.63 crores for the quarter ended December 31, 2018.

Total consolidated income for the quarter under review rose by 20.15 per cent to Rs 517.47 crores during the period ended December 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 430.70 crores for the ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported EPS of Rs 1.80 for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 1.81 for the quarter ended December 31, 2018.
