Godrej Locks posts 14% growth on smart innovation, Bharat push
Kolkata: Godrej Locks & Architectural Solutions, part of the Godrej Enterprises Group, has reported year-on-year growth of 12–14%, cementing its position as the market leader in both traditional and digital locks, the company said in a press release on Thursday.
The company expects to hit its FY26 targets on the back of robust expansion into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, which now contribute over 60% of total revenue.
Its portfolio is evenly split between locks and architectural solutions, with the latter emerging as a high-growth vertical aligned with rising demand for premium interiors and urban infrastructure.
The digital locks segment has surged 55%, driven by growing consumer preference for keyless, connected safety solutions.
“As an Indian organisation with over a century of legacy, we deeply understand the evolving needs of Indian consumers, from metros to emerging towns. Our growth is driven by innovation but rooted in trust and relevance. With a growing digital-first approach, our presence on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms already contributes around 5% of revenue, and we expect this to more than double in the next few years. This Independence Day, we reaffirm our commitment to delivering smart, secure, and accessible solutions to every Indian home—true to the spirit of Make in India and the aspirations of today’s Bharat,” said Shyam Motwani, Business Head, Locks & Architectural Solutions.
The company recently launched the Advantis GSL D1 digital lock, priced from ₹18,499, offering advanced features, sleek design, and connected security, aimed at making smart safety accessible to more households.
With steady double-digit growth and a focus on digital innovation, Godrej Locks & Architectural Solutions is positioning itself to define the next phase of home safety in India.
