Explosion in Patna flat
The explosion occurred at around 11 pm.
The police have recovered three live bombs from the spot and were diffused later.
The residents of the flat have escaped following the explosion.
"The bombs, having a timer with lotus shaped watches, are similiar to the explosives used in Gandhi Maidan serial blasts and Bodh Gaya blasts. We are trying to identify the criminals. We cannot rule out the terror angle," a senior police officer was quoted as saying to Hindustan Times.
