DHFL expands in Hyderabad

| | Jun 19, 2014, at 10:13 pm
Hyderabad, June 19 (IBNS) DHFL, the second largest private sector housing finance company in India, Thursday announced its focus on affordable housing in the States of Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Telangana.

To reach out to the lower and middle income (LMI) segment customers in the interiors of both the States, the Company plans to strengthen its presence in 5 more locations during the year.

DHFL expects a 50% growth during FY2014-15. This is fuelled by increasing urbanisation, demographic changes, large influx of working population and rising household income. DHFL envisages to strengthen its presence in both, AP & Telangana, to effectively address this demand and enable aspiring customers to own their dream home.

DHFL has an overall presence across 28 locations in AP & Telangana and 450 locations across the country. The Company also operates 2 overseas representative offices, in Dubai, UAE and London, UK.
