Coca-Cola to enter Indian dairy market next month

Hong Kong, Jan 26 (IBNS) Soft drink major Coca-Cola will now foray into the Indian dairy market next month with their latest variant Vio, according to reports.

The Hindu Business Line reported that the company is all set to launch the new milk based drink in two flavours, Kesar Treat and Almond Delight. The 200ml pack will cost Rs 25 and as their initial launch programme, the product will be available across 500 Reliance Retail outlet.

The daily quoted Venkatesh Kini, President of Coca-Cola India as saying that the move to foray into the dairy market is strategic, as the dairy consumption in the country is quite high.
