Centre releases over Rs. 37,420 crore to different states

New Delhi, Apr 5 (IBNS): The Centre has released more than Rs.37,420 crore to all the states for Financial Year 2015-16 as the First Installment of devolution as per the 14th Finance Commission (FFC).

The Centre has released Rs. 2746.91 crore to West Bengal.

Gujarat (1159.56 cr), Jammu & Kashmir (577.63 cr) and Uttar Pradesh (6735.81 cr), Bihar (3624.37cr) have got a share of the relased amount.
Uttar Pradesh has received the highest share of the released amount.
