Canara Bank receives 3rd Rank under EASE 4.0 Reforms Index Award for Q4 FY 2021-22 from FM Nirmala Sitharaman

Mumbai: Public sector lender Canara Bank was Friday awarded the 3rd rank under the prestigious EASE Reforms Index Award 2022 (EASE 4.0 Awards).

Canara Bank M D & CEO L V Prabhakar received the award from Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman at the event organized by IBA in Mumbai on Sept 16, 2022.

Canara Bank has been also awarded 1st prize under the theme Institutionalising Prudent Banking.

Speaking on the occasion, Prabhakar reiterated the thrust areas under EASE Reforms and the way it has helped Canara Bank to build strong capabilities to drive sustainable long-term business growth.

Prabhakar also elaborated on the initiative taken by the bank to develop its digital capabilities and to be among the most preferred banks to bank with.
