New Delhi / Kolkata, Mar 4 (IBNS): AOC, the US $12.2 billion Business Conglomerate that designs and manufactures a wide range of LED and LCD displays for global distribution, Wednesday announced its foray into Indian smartphone and Tablet market with the launch of two 3G-enabled smartphones(M601 & E40) and a 3G calling tablet(D70V50G).

The company’s new products are targeted to young and aspiring audiences, with a penchant for new technology at affordable prices. Therefore, all the products launched by the company today are priced at sub-10,000 levels – offering uncompromising connectivity, superior specs and pre-loaded apps.

Commenting on the launch,  Atul Jasra - Business Head, AOC India, said, “The Indian smart-device market is undergoing an exciting phase – with the customers preferring features and value for money over high-decibel-branded products. Being a company which truly believes in enchanting the consumers with high-quality yet affordable products; we at AOC are proud to expand our offerings to the smart-device segments”.

He  added, “With this foray, we will further cement our relationship with our customers from erstwhile single-screen to multi-screens – monitors, smartphones and tablets. In addition, our service centres are spread across all the regions, which will further enable us to deliver seamless support and assured service to our customers.”
