India registers 2,68,833 new COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours, daily positivity rate touches 16.66 pct
New Delhi: India registered 2,68,833 new COVID-19 cases, including 6,041 Omicron cases, in the past 24 hours, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Saturday.
Meanwhile, India's daily positivity rate touched 16.66 percent.
India's active caseload currently stands at 14,17,820.
Active cases stand at 3.85 percent.
Recovery Rate currently stands at 94.83 percent.
Meanwhile, in the past 24 hours, 402 people died due to the disease.
1,22,684 patients recovered from the disease during the same period.
