TPCI greets new Minister Piyush Gyoal

New Delhi, May 31 (UNI) Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) congratulated Piyush Goyal on being allocated the Commerce and Industry Ministry on Friday.

Commenting on his new role, Mohit Singla, Chairman of TPCI said, ''The enthusiasm and dynamism of Mr Piyush Goyal will surely drive the exports from India to new level. I am sure that the forward looking and growth oriented Minister will address the challenges and translate Prime Minister Narendra Modi mission to build a new India.''

Singla further said, ''The exports from India is facing multiple challenges owing to multiple global geo-political and economic developments. Goyal's experience and acumen to deal with varied subjects and his knowledge of finance will help India tied over the challenges in seamless manner. I wish him all the best in this endeavor. The council is ready to extend all support in realizing his vision for India.''

Earlier, Goyal took charge as Commerce and Industry Minister.
