Sensex plunges down 153.27 pts

Mumbai/UNI: The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday lost further by 153.27 points to settle at 38,144.02 as heavy selling was witnessed in almost all the stocks.

Even two fresh cases of Coronavirus were confirmed in India which also dampened the sentiment of the investors.

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) too eased by 69 points at 11,132.75.

The Sensex registered day's high and low at 39,083.17 and 37,785.99 points respectively.

The Nifty recorded day's high and low at 11,433 and 11,036.25 points respectively.
