In a separate news, MSCI has put emerging markets India and Brazil on a notice for limiting access to investors, according to media reports.

This is likely to have an impact on foreign flows to India, Moneycontrol quoting experts reported.

Turkey and South Korea have also been put on this list, reports said.

MSCI Inc. (formerly Morgan Stanley Capital International and MSCI Barra), is an American provider of equity, fixed income, hedge fund stock market indexes, and equity portfolio analysis tools. It publishes the MSCI BRIC, MSCI World and MSCI EAFE Indexes.
