HGS opens new facility in Raipur

Raipur, Apr 26 (IBNS): Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) on Wednesday announced that it has launched a new facility in Raipur, India.

Commenting on the development, Ramesh Gopalan, President – Global Healthcare and Head of India Business, HGS said, “HGS is witnessing significant growth in India, led by the continued trust of our clients and growing business opportunities. Raipur has played a key role in this growth story and we expect the new center to help us further capitalize on the increasing demand for our high-value services.”

HGS entered Raipur through the acquisition of a significant part of Mphasis’ BPM operations in India in September 2015. Started in May 2010 with 120 seats, the Raipur center has grown rapidly to become the No.1 BPM employer in Chhattisgarh, India.

HGS’ new facility in Raipur will consolidate existing operations and new business in one location.
