Asian Granito India receives orders worth Rs 175 crore
Mumbai, Jul 3 (UNI) Tilemaker Asian Granito India Limited (AGIL) said it has received an overwhelming response from the dealer meet organised at its newly-launched 25,000 square feet display showroom in Himmatnagar during June 16 - July 2.
Over 800 dealers across the country participated in the meet and booked orders worth Rs 175 crore.
As many as 1400 plus products and designs were displayed during the meet including an exclusive and elegant range of GVT, Ceramic floor, digital wall, Vitrified, Parking and company's recently launched Sanitaryware range.
The company also launched large format tiles in 800X 1600 mm, 1200 X 1800 mm, 1200 X 1200 mm during the dealer meet. Mr Kamlesh Patel, Chairman and Managing Director and Mukesh Patel, Managing Director, Asian Granito India Ltd, said, "This is the best ever order booking for the company and we are overwhelmed by
the response and support of our dealer network. Company has over 6,500 touch points with dealer & sub-dealer network; 300+ exclusive AGL Tiles showrooms and 13 Company-owned Display Centres across India. With an objective to become a leading retail brand in tiles industry, Company has set a target to increase its touch points to over 10,000, expand the network of exclusive showrooms to 500 and achieve revenue target of Rs 2,000 crore in the next 2-3 years."
The company looks to strengthen its identity as the leader in the Indian ceramic industry by consistently introducing innovative and value-added products in the market to keep pace with its valued customers. To leverage the synergies, the company is also entering sanitary ware and CP fittings to provide 'Complete Bathroom Solutions' under brand AGL. Company has launched 160 SKUs in Sanitaryware including Wash Basins, Water Closets (WC), Urinals, etc and will expand the product range gradually.
