West Bengal: Police nab two illegal arms dealers in Cooch Behar

Siliguri/UNI:  West Bengal Police arrested two arms dealers with 80 rounds of bullets and six pistols in Cooch Behar district, official sources said today.

Police also rounded up Manirul Islam, who had booked the illegal weapons, from his home in Dinhata in Cooch Behar district on Tuesday.

Pandav Kumar Yadav and Vikash Kumar Yadav, the residents of Bihar, were arrested after policemen laid a trap at Deonhat in Cooch Behar following an input.

Later, after interrogating the duo, police arrested Manirul Islam, who had ordered the weapons.

Dinhata in Cooch Behar had been in the news for wrong reasons during Lok Sabha and Panchayat polls.
