Lucknow, June 1 (IBNS): In another shameful incident in Uttar Pradesh, a minor girl has been set ablaze over a property dispute in Basti district of the state, reports said.
The girl has reportedly received 50 percent burn injuries.

She has been admitted to a hospital.

According to reports, three people have been arrested by the police, while five are still absconding.

This comes even after the state reported three brutal incidents of rape cases emerging within a week, where in one case, two Dalit girls were hanged after being gangraped in the Badaun district.
