UP Health Minister detected negative of COVID 19
Lucknow/UNI: In a much respite, the sample test of Uttar Pradesh Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh was found negative of coronavirus here on Saturday.
Singh was among the invitees who had attended the function in Lucknow where Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor was present. Kanika was tested positive for coronavirus on Friday.
Officials here said that altogether samples of 45 people who were in touch with the minister and the singer were taken and all the tests were found negative. Off these, 28 people were in touch with the minister and rest were of the singer.
But even after test were found negative, the doctors have advised quarantine of all the suspected, including the minister and his family members for another 14 days.
Meanwhile, the Lucknow district authorities have started sanitizing the building and other areas where Kanika Kapoor was present.
The authorities have already lodged three FIRs against Kanika Kapoor for violating the norms.
