Unnao rape-accused BJP MLA Senger shifted to Delhi: Wishes victim to get well soon

Sitapur, Aug 4 (UNI) Unnao rape-accused and expelled BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, apart from co-accused Sashi Singh, were taken to New Delhi, under tight security cover on Sunday night.

Both the accused would be produced before the Tis Hazari court in the national capital on Monday.

Talking to the media outside Sitapur jail, Sengar said a political conspiracy has been hatched against him.


"However, I have full faith in God and believe that this conspiracy will fall flat. I also support the CBI and expect that it completes it's probe in the rape charges and the Rae Bareli accident, so that the truth comes out," he said.


Reacting on his expulsion from BJP, the MLA from Bangarmau seat in Unnao said that he had always remained honest with the saffron party and had worked efficiently for the party.


The MLA also wished that the injured survivor and her lawyer, to get well soon.


"Meri bhagwan se kamna hai ki vo (Unnao rape survivor and her lawyer) thik ho jayen {I pray to God that the survivor and her lawyer recover fast.
