Two youths beaten to death with iron rods in Bihar

Buxar, Sep 15 (UNI) There seems no end to the incidents of mob lynching in Bihar as two youths were beaten to death with iron rods and their bodies were recovered from an orchard at Kurthia village under Bagen police station area in the district late last night.

Police Superintendent Upendra Nath Verma said bodies were recovered from the orchard on the receipt of information from local people.

He said both the youths were beaten to death with iron rods.

SP said that the deceased had been identified as Pradeep Sah (35), a native of Kurthia village and Yogendra Pandey (25), a native of Barhua village.

The motive behind the twin murder was yet unknown.

Verma said the bodies had been sent for autopsy. Two suspects had been detained for interrogation in this connection.
