Two-year old child killed in UP, #JusticeForTwinkleSharma trends on Twitter

The victim's family had reported her missing on May 31. The Aligarh police was alerted when stray dogs had appeared to carry the body parts of the victim. The police have ruled out rape., media report said.

The girl's body was found near her house on the outskirts of Aligarh.

Two men, who are the neighbours of the deceased, have been arrested. The case will be investigated under the National Security Act (NSA). Under the NSA, anyone, who pose a threat to the national security, can be detained for a year.
