Puducherry: Runaway boy handed over to parents

Puducherry, Jun 29 (UNI) Police here on Saturday handed over a boy, who ran away from his house in Bengaluru.

According to police, Rayan, a sixth standard student from Electronic City area ran away from his house on Friday as his father scolded him for not studying well.

He reached Puducherry Bus Stand and passengers there inquired with him, when he narrated the incident, they informed the Orleanpet police, who took charge of the boy.

The police then informed his parents.

His parents immediately reached Puducherry and the boy was handed over to them.
