Pranab Mukherjee to deliver New Year message to students
He will deliver his message through video conferencing.
"The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will deliver through Video Conferencing a New Year Message to the students and faculty of Central Universities, IITs, NITs and other institutions using the National Knowledge Network from Rashtrapati Bhavan tomorrow (January 19, 2015)," the President's Secretariat said in a statement.
