Pranab accepts Vinod Kumar Duggal's resignation
New Delhi, Sept 11 (IBNS): President Pranab Mukherjee has accepted the resignation of Vinod Kumar Duggal as Governor of Manipur and Mizoram.
The President on Thursday appointed Krishan Kant Paul, Governor of Meghalaya to discharge the functions of the Governor of Manipur and the Governor of Mizoram, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of Manipur and Governor of Mizoram are made.
