Palamu: 7 criminals arrested for loot

Daltonganj, Sep 18 (UNI) In a joint operation carried out by Medninagar Sadar and Daltonganj Town Police stations, seven criminals who were involved in various incidents of loot have been arrested in Palamu district.

DSP Bhola Singh said that from the arrested looted mobile phones, bikes, documents and cash have been recovered.

He said, with the arrest of these seven criminals police has cracked couple of loot incidents.

He said, on the basis of technical inputs one Aditya Kumar of Sudna was arrested who led to the arrest of Rocky Kumar, Akshay Kumar alias Bittu, Chotu Kumar and Upendra Kumar.

They were involved in a loot which had taken place on the night of July 21. Two other criminals Ravindra Yadav and Vikas Yadav were arrested for loot which took place on NH-39 at Dubiyakhand.
