Narendra Modi remembers Jawaharlal Nehru on death anniversary

New Delhi: Indian PM Narendra Modi on Friday remembered former PM  Jawaharlal Nehru on his death anniversary.

Modi tweeted: "Tributes to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Ji on his death anniversary."

Nehru was the first Prime Minister of Independent India.

He served his term from 1947 till his death in 1964.
