Munger: 27 semi manufactured pistols seized, two arrested

Munger, Mar 30 (UNI) Altogether 27 semi manufactured pistols were seized during special drive in last 36 hours and two criminals were also arrested in this connection in the district.

Police Superintendent Dr Gaurav Mangala said here today that raids were conducted at several places in Munger town under Mufassil police station area, leading to seizure of 27 semi manufactured pistols in last 36 hours. Two criminals were also arrested in this connection, he added.

"Those arrested were identified as Mohammad Akram and Mohammad Afridi", Dr Mangala said, adding that they were being interrogated. A motorcycle had also been seized from their possession during the raid, he informed.
