Modi meets French President Francois Hollande
"PM @narendramodi and President @fhollande meet in Paris," PMO India tweeted.
The meeting occurred on a day when Pakistan released 26/11 Mumbai attack plotter Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi.
During the meeting Hollande has told Modi that the release of Lakhvi was 'deeply shocking'.
MEA spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin tweeted: "Release on bail of terrorist accused of heinous crime of Mumbai terrorist attack is deeply shocking- Prez @fhollande."
Speaking on the evacuation carried out by India from Yemen, Akbaruddin shared: "France thanks India for enormous efforts in Yemen evacuation. "
