Man leaves his newborn baby and wife at a railway station in Assam

Guwahati, Aug 24 (IBNS): In a shocking incident, a man left his wife and his newborn baby at a railway station in Assam’s Jorhat district.

According to the reports, the family was residing in a rent house at Mariani area, but the owner of house had instructed the family to leave his house as he didn’t want his house to be unholy after the delivery of the baby.

Following this instruction, Alauddin Ali and his wife left the rent house and moved to Mariani railway station and stayed there in past two days.

The woman gave birth to a baby at the railway station.

After the delivery, the husband of the woman – Alauddin Ali had left the woman and his newborn baby alone at the railway station and absconded.

The woman said that, her husband left her and the newborn baby alone at the railway station and absconded with another woman.

“I am now totally helpless. Where I will go with my newborn baby,” the woman said.

Neither any NGO nor any people have come forward to help the woman and the newborn baby.
