Maharashtra: Minor fire at school ; no casualty reported

Thane, May 28 (UNI) A minor fire broke out in the computer room of the Shree Mavli Mandal school in the Charai area here on Tuesday morning, the Fire Brigade sources said.

Thane Civic Body's Regional Disaster Management Cell(RDMC) Chief Santosh Kadam stated that there were no students in the school due to vacation.

"The firemen from the civic fire station rushed to the scene and doused the fire in a few minutes,"said Kadam.

"The cause of fire is under probe and there was no casualty due to the fire,"added Kadam.
