Lok Sabha Elections: Bahujan Mukti Party to contest all 13 seats in Punjab

Jalandhar, Apr 6 (UNI) The Bahujan Mukti Party on Saturday announced that it would contest all the 13 Lok Sabha seats in Punjab. 

Interacting with the media persons here, party president Kuldip Singh Issapur said that the Bahujan Mukti Party will fight the elections on the burning issues of the people which include atrocities on the dalits, resentment among the farmers, small time shopkeepers, industrial policy, poor health and education system and basic amenities.


He also announced the candidature of seven candidates of the party during the media conference. He said that Yash Pal will contest from Gurdaspur, Ram Singh Deepak from Ludhiana, Rajinder Singh Chapar from Patiala, Jagsheer Singh Murar from Bathinda, Chanan Singh Bantu from Faridkot, P L Sohal from Fatehgarh Sahib and Ramesh Kumar Kala from Jalandhar.


He also released 65 point manifesto of the party.
