JU protesters refuse SFI's addition into their movement

Kolkata, Sept 18 (IBNS): Four Left student unions, including the Students Federation of India (SFI), marched in Kolkata on Thursday to protest against the police assault on students of Jadavpur University on Tuesday night.
Jadavpur University(JU) students have rejected the joining of the left students' organizations in their movement on Thursday.
 
Four left students' unions, including the Student Federation of India (SFI), the All India Student Federation (AISF), the All India Democratic Students' Organization (AIDSO) and PSU on Thursday called a march to protest against the mid-night police action in JU campus. 
 
SFI's procession started from Dakhsinapan in South Kolkata area and ended at 8-B bus stand. After ending the procession, SFI had arranged a small rally at 8-B. 
 
JU students called another protest march which started from JU campus and ended near Tollygang(Prince Anwar Shah road crossing).
 
JU students said that their protest movement will continue.
